The staff were really friendly and the restaurant was fantastic. Got the same suite booked online with a nice view, coffee machine plus the bedroom.

I spent 1 night here and thoroughly enjoyed that. The hotel was wonderful and the staff outstandingly accommodating, incredible location right across the street from the bus station. The free parking was on site, great service👍

Amicable staff, wonderful hotel, well furnished room. The rooms with a very stylish design. Very modern design. Shopping area, central location so close to a cafe and fast food place as well as a supermarket and attractions and port. For tea or coffee visit Efkaliptos nearby.

We greatly enjoyed the hotel, it was perfect and comfortable and had unbeatable location close to buses, the port and restaurants on the water, center of Heraklion, and port and bus. Pretty friendly staff, who gave us awesome suggestions.

I recently stayed at Lavris City Suites for a few days and it was a smart choice. The well-furnished room had all the amenities I needed and the comfortable bed with high-quality linen made me feel luxurious. The location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and restaurants by foot. The free parking in front of the accommodation was a great bonus. The proximity to the airport and port was convenient for early departures. The host was friendly and helpful, and the welcome sweets and bottle of wine were a thoughtful touch.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a REAL GOOD stay for one night after a long and tiresome trip. Our room with all the extras to feel spoiled was top quality and extremely pleasant. Had a shower, a hairdryer, and terry bathrobes in the bathroom.

The food was brilliant with a good choice of choice! It had particularly good and fab location near the bus station, supermarket, and the harbor/airport/airport shuttle station/Heraklion archaeological museum.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! Firstly, the attention to detail was superb. From the welcoming touches like fruit and wine to the modern decor and well-stocked fridge, everything was perfect. Secondly, the location was ideal, right in the center of the city on the main street. Lastly, the rooms provided everything I needed, including a comfortable bed and a nice view.

All was great, nothing to improve!
